Online Admin and Sales Assistant – Knysna, Location: Knysna, Eden, Job Type: Full-Time.
Requirements: Computer literate. Bilingual. Team player. Must be able to work well under pressure. Able to multi-task. Excellent admin skills, attention to detail, methodical. Own/reliable transport.
Duties: Assisting online sales person. Online sales. Online sales admin & follow ups. Data capturing. Updating of e-commerce site. Stock management. Assisting with in store sales when required.
Working Hours: Mall retail, Paid overtime as required, 08h30 – 17h00 (Monday – Friday) 8.30am til 5pm, must be flexible with lunch hours, 08h30 -14h00 (Saturday s), 09h00 – 13h00 (One Sunday per month - working alone with following Monday off in lieu of), One Friday/Saturday off per month.
Salary: R 4000 basic plus sales commission. Total CTC averaging R10 -R12K per month before PAYE/UIF.
