We are a service provider to the insurance industry. We are looking for an experienced and energic account and operations supervisor. This is an EE position. 

Description of Job Duties: Operational management to ensure compliance with SLA’s. Interacting with clients, insurance companies and brokers. Assist with answering of phones. Deal with operational queries and emails. Identify and resolve any potential problems. Ensure complaints are resolved in-line with company policy. Assist with the registering of claims. Follow up on queries and/or any problems. Must have positive and outgoing personality. Candidate must share our client centric, service culture.

The following skills are a prerequisite: Must be able to multitask. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work in a high intensity environment and cope with daily pressure. Excellent communication skills with good telephone manner. Computer literate, quick data capturing and processing skills, including basic knowledge of excel, word and PowerPoint. Some experience with PASTEL would be advantageous.

Must be a team player, display good leadership, possess strong conflict resolution and management skills. Must show initiative, be able to work unsupervised and must be results driven. Motor Glass Short Term experience would be an added advantage or claims experience in Short Term Insurance.

Min educational requirements: Matric with a good pass in maths or a degree in a communications related field.
