Food Service Supervisor (DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $15.38 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, Not required
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Work Setting: Health care establishment
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
Essential Skills: Reading text, Communication, Working with others, Significant use of memory, Finding information, Continuous learning
