Responsibility: 3 – 5 years’ experience required. Must be well spoken. Experience with meat grinders, knives, saws, and other tools. Breaking, splitting and cutting knowledge essential. Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls. Strong understanding of meat quality, cuts, and preparation. Salary: RR39.6071 per hour.
