A reputable Real Estate Company is looking for an Administrative Officer with the following qualifications (immediate): Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients. Screen and direct phone inquiry calls/Emails and distribute correspondence. Handle requests and queries appropriately. Produce reports, presentations, and briefs. Devise and maintain an office filing system. Manage required documents from tenants. Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals. Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel and report to the Managing Director. Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts. Follow up on clients’ inquiries, forward inquiries to sales team, arrange viewings. Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records. Handle AMC documents and take track of expiries/renewal of contracts. Point of contact between clients and operations team. Monitor and handle complaints of clients and take immediate action on each. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and other forms. Maintain clients list
The candidate is expected to have the following competencies: Expert with all MS Office suite applications. Excellent suppliers/marketing research skills. Capable of managing multiple tasks and working under pressure. Good English communication skills, smart and presentable. Provides general office and operational support. Eager to learn. Well informed of all related online property advertisement (Property finder, Dubizzle, etc).
Adhere to RERA rules and regulations. Knowledgeable of all real-estate-related forms and Ejari. Office administration. Corporate communications. Working within strict deadlines. Organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Minimum 1-2 years experience in Real Estate is a must. Salary and benefits: to be discussed.
