Service Dispatcher (Plumbing Dispatcher)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Dental Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic Mail, Word processing software, Dispatch management service software, Monitoring and tracking software, Internet browser
Work Setting: Construction, Repair and maintenance services
Dispatcher Specific Skills: Operate computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment, Receive requests for emergency assistance or service, Process and transmit information and instructions, Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment, Act as liaison between customers and drivers, Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations, Follow-up on issues with work orders
