Operations Manager – Roadhouse, Edenvale, East Rand. Company Name: Talent Track. A well established roadhouse, based in the heart of Edenvale, is looking for a General Manager to oversee operations. In this role you will take accountability for the all operations including costing, ordering, stock control, food quality, customer experience, health & safety and staff management.

In this shift environment you will overlap with the shift manager and may work some evening and weekend shifts. As such your own car is essential. We would prefer candidates who live within the area. You are the ideal candidate if you are an ethical leader, with solid understanding of the food industry and have 2 years senior management experience in a restaurant / fast food or take-away environment. This position is immediately available and preference will be given to candidates who have recently been retrenched.
