Senior Property Manager, Camberwell, Melbourne VIC. Residential Leasing and Property Management (Real Estate and Property). Full time. UP TO $100k. Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a very well-maintained portfolio of 100 residential properties across Melbourne.

The Role: Work from home 2 days per week. Full leasing and administrative support. Working Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Salary up to $100,000.

The Candidate: Prior experience managing a residential portfolio. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Property Tree and Inspect Real Estate is highly desirable but not required. Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
