Providing effective supervision and coaching to production employees. Production planning. Calculating material requirements. Heading up the health & safety team in the factory. Managing multiple projects. Doing spot checks on bending sizes and punching quality.

Ensuring maintenance teams focus on preventative maintenance. Implementing continuous improvement in the factory. Writing SOP’s as and when required Qualifications. Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or Production Management qualification. Skills 7 - 10 years production management experience. Sound knowledge of CO2 welding, roll forming & sheet metal fabrication. Strong technical and managerial skills.

Ability to read engineering drawings. Project management experience. First-time right mindset. Enthusiastic and a go-getter attitude.
