Banquet Server (Casual)
Terms of Employment: Casual, Part Time, On Call, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $15.00 Hourly for 8 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Some high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Food and beverage server certification
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Food and Beverage Serving Skills: Serve food and beverages, general plate service
Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills: Present, open, pour and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware
Additional Skills: Customer service oriented, Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, Assist customers with special needs, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Load buspans and trays, Set tables, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, Replace linen
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is not available
Essential Skills: Communication, Working with others, Job task planning and organizing
Other Information:Maintain/organize/set up bar Serving duties. Use POS system Record/balance bev. sales. Maintain inventory/control of bar stock. Bartender Cert. an asset. 8-16 hours per week depending on business.
