Food and Beverage Server
Terms of Employment: Seasonal, Full Time, Shift, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $9.75 to $10.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Gratuities
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Some high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Responsible beverage service certification
Experience: Will train
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Electronic cash register, Point-of-sale system
Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Work Setting: Restaurant
Food and Beverage Serving Skills: Serve food and beverages, general plate service, Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings, Describe menu items including daily specials for customers, Advise on menu selections
Additional Skills: Customer service oriented, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Assist customers with special needs, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Load buspans and trays, Set tables, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
