Job Description: The ideal candidate for this role is reliable, energetic, hard-working, and target-driven. As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to contact customers and assist them with their monthly loans and/or accounts and meet minimum targets every month.

You will do this by: Following a sales script to guide you and the potential customer through the debt review process. Gathering all required information from customers to determine their state of overindebtedness and assess their applications for debt counseling. Verifying budgets and debt commitments and agreeing on an interim debt repayment plan. Working with various systems to ensure that a successful sale is submitted correctly for further processing.

Job Requirements: Matric (not compulsory). Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Highly target-driven with the ability to sustain high-performance consistently. Computer skills. Sales Experience. Debt Review Experience. Active listening skills. Ability to handle objections with confidence. Willingness to put in additional hours from time to time as and when required by the business.
