Role Responsibilities & Duties: You will be independently spending your days attending residential appointments providing an affordable solar solution to suit clients needs: Maintain and follow up on appointments where necessary and to generate referrals. Fantastic customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build natural instant rapport. Reap the rewards of a very generous commission structure.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess The Following: Your goal will be to use our portrayed professionalism as well as your skills to close as many of your jobs on the day while with the client.  2+ years previous experience in direct sales (solar experience not necessary). Be passionate and results focused sales professional with the desire to work in a high performing work environment. The ability to demonstrate initiative and strong problem solving skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating empathy, objection handling and understanding. Confident presentation skills. Punctual, prepared and well presented. Flexible availability (5+ days a week). Have access to a reliable car.
