Operations Supervisor, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, Company Name: Internet Express. Branch Operations Supervisor urgently needed for our PE Branch.

Minimum: matric. Minimum 5 years of working experience with a sound understanding of the international & domestic courier industry. Strong leadership & supervisory skills, together with excellent interpersonal skills are essential; Exceptional organizational & planning skills and a good ability to multi-task; Excellent sense of judgment; Reliability, integrity; High sense of initiative and creativity; Timeliness, good time management; Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team; Good oral & written communication skills; Initiative and self-motivation; Excellent problem-solving, analytical and numerical abilities are crucial; Ability to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, design, testing and implementation relating to operations management; Must have competent IT skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office; Good ability to operate industry-standard software (exposure to Freight Focus an advantage).

Must know about the PE and surrounding areas. Must have own reliable transport. Valid code 10 License.
