We are a decorative glass splashback company looking for an employee who has the necessary skill to learn and take on the following:  Communicate with staff and drive production according to a laid out plan, Communicate with staff, who should be doing what, and make adjustment to staff tasks as and when needed, Assist walk in clients with templates & drop off glass to be coated. Check in supplier materials that are being delivered to us. Check colours and Quality of finished products, Log progress and movement of Jobs on our web based system, Assist clients with collections of orders, Make sure orders are packed correctly and ready for clients

 Take overall ownership of servicing our clients collecting/delivering in the best possible way, making them feel welcome and letting them know that you are there to serve them. Supervising staff and driving production without feeling pressured by others to comply with the status quo, Offer R6500 - R8000 Gross depending on experience

Skill Set required: Good Communicator - ability to communicate what needs to be done clearly and then motivate others to get going with what needs to happen. Leadership of peers - experience with leading a team of at least 6 peers for min 2 years, Experience in a manufacturing environment 2/3 years minimum, Computer skills - Excel and email, Peoples person – friendly, Ability to motivate others
