Engage with potential clients and obtain an in-depth understanding of their short-term insurance needs. Build rapport and sell products to clients telephonically as well as in person.

Convince clients to make use of the recommended products and services. Match customers' need suitable products available at your disposal. Secure a comfortable income through the successful conversion of opportunities. Telephone and cross quote to all prospective clients daily. Generate access to potential short-term insurance markets.

Cold Calling, Building and maintaining internal and external relationships which include insurers, clients, and lead providers, Retention of existing business including renewal discussions.

Requirements: Matric Certificate and relevant insurance qualification (RE and FAIS credits) will be an advantage. Minimum 1 year Short Term (Personal Lines) broking or sales experience. Self-disciplined, resilient, and an entrepreneur at heart. Passionate/tenacious/self-motivated and dynamic. Own a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
