Whitewater is in the beautiful bayside suburb of Mordialloc and Australia’s first multi-generational precinct, incorporating a 147-bed residential aged care home alongside an early learning center, community medical center, commercial health club and commercial café. Hours of work. Various shifts are available. AM, PM, ND.

What you’ll love to do Ensure resident hygiene and safety as a priority. Support the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of residents. Provide the best person-centered care. Work collaboratively with members of the care team. Facilitate ongoing communication with different stakeholders. Accurately report any issues and concerns.

What you’ll need Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing). Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards. Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses). 2024 influenza vaccination. NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance). Eligibility to work in Australia.
