Direct prospects to the appropriate person.
Answer all incoming calls, handle inquiries and redirect calls as appropriate, and take adequate messages when required.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference telephone calls.
Maintains tidy and well-organized reception area.
Knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Good telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
