Join our telemarketing campaign which offers you to work from the comfort of your own home and to start working from 15:00 onwards. Our Head Office is based in the USA. We are currently looking for vibrant individuals, fluent in English, who have experience in the telemarketing/call center industry OR really good telephone etiquette.

This position can often come with rejection and clients are known to be rude at times, the perfect candidate for this position would need to be extremely comfortable speaking to international clients about a range of services offered. They need to be level-headed and must be able to think on their feet to handle the customer with ease and move on to the next call, without taking it personally.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday - Start between 15:00 to 16:30 (8-hour shift excluding a 30 min to 45 min lunch break). Required to work when our USA Client is open for business.

Salary: R6000 per month.

Requirements: (please note: you need to meet ALL of the requirements to apply). Being fluent and well-spoken in English, a neutral accent is important. Smartphone with WhatsApp (a must) Fibre connection with a minimum of 10mbps download and 10mbps upload speed.

Laptop or PC (No tablets or cellular devices). Headset USB 2.0 connection (NO Bluetooth or AUX headsets). LAN cable (Must be plugged into computer and router) - Training will be provided. This is a strictly work-from-home position. Job Type: Full-time.
