Providers to sign up to our App and be an active Service Provider providing advice to our client base. The responsibilities of a Service Provider Recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing Ads, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of all service provider legislation. You should also monitor new and existing Service Provider to ensure active usage on the Company.

Wellness App and act as their advocate. A successful candidate Service Provider Recruiter must have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented.

Service Provider Recruiter Responsibilities: Collaborating with department manager to compile a consistent list of requirements. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online forums, social media, etc. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants. Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience. Completing paperwork for new signups. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good opportunity. Providing reports to team managers.

Recruiter Requirements: The ability to conduct different types of interviews. Experience with recruitment processes and databases. The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies. Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Good decision-making skills. A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
