Nordic Customer Service Agent

Our client, an international company focused on providing a range of services to clients worldwide is recruiting for a German customer service and administration agent. This is an ideal opportunity for the right candidate to launch their career in customer service and administration.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

* Data entry and order processing into internal systems

*Carry out compliance checks against the Global policies of our clients


*Make adjustments to orders as necessary and inform clients of these changes


*Raise queries about documents do not comply with policy

*Meet and exceed agreed productivity and quality targets.

The successful candidate will have:

*Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish

*1 year customer service in a busy office environment

*Fluency in English
