Project Manager, Site Manager – Knysna, Eden

Requirements: Tertiary qualification from a recognized institution. Must have at least 5 years on-site experience. Must be experienced with overseeing multiple sites. Experience in construction management. Good knowledge of construction management processes. Ability to plan.

Outstanding knowledge of: Building products. Construction details. Relevant rules and regulations. Quality standards. Must be competent in conflict and crisis management. Needs to have excellent time management skills. Strong communication skills.

Duties: To oversee all construction activities on site. Manage sub-contractors. Cost control, Calling for tenders and adjudicating tenders. Staff management, Time keeping, Distribution of work, Strategic planning of projects.

Salary: R 30 000 per month. Use of company vehicle.
