Your key duties will include (but are not limited to): Maintain regular communications with current landlords. Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are in optimal condition. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations. Carry out rent reviews and track rent arrears. Complete and file bond lodgements, claims and transfers. Organize and conduct vacate and final inspections.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate: Must have experience in property management. Organized, reliable and willing to perform a diverse range of tasks. Excellent verbal and written skills. Immaculate corporate presentation. Ability to demonstrate initiative and pro-activity across tasks. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong work-ethic with a commitment to excellence. Committed to constant improvement and open to ongoing training. A NSW Drivers license and reliable car. valid real estate license preferred.
