Call Centre Manager – East London, Eastern Cape.
Position Required: A Matric qualification coupled with extensive contact centre experience at a senior management level, subject to the candidate meeting specific strategic skills requirements. A relevant degree Commerce, Business Operations, Sales or Marketing will be advantageous.
A track record of 8-years contact centre management experience, preferably within a sales environment. Previous experience in customer relationship management systems. Proven track record in a high pressure and diverse target driven sales environment.
Track record of senior management experience and capability to manage, motivate teams and lead them in achieving objectives.
