The candidate will have the following duties: Manage a team of sales executives. Enforce the rules and regulations of the company. Performance-based management. Assist sales team in procuring leads and ultimately reaching targets. Do daily administrative documentation and reports for the owner of the company. Be able to deal with staff-related issues and take the correct action route when needed.

Knowledge of the motor industry and how sales and marketing strategies are used is a must - as this will benefit the sales executives in their daily functions.

Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 3 years of managerial experience in the vehicle trade. Able to multitask. Management skills and knowledge are a must. Clear Credit and Criminal Record.
