Our client has an opportunity for an Administrator /PA for an upmarket Showroom based in Pretoria East.

Essential, Matric, Own vehicle, MS Word and Excel (above average). Social media experience; Instagram, What up and Facebook. Previous Administration / Junior PA experience essential. Must be willing to work one Saturday morning per month. Previous working experience within a Showroom environment an advantage.

Key responsibilities: Answering phone calls. Responding to all emails. Managing the WhatsApp line. Handling all client queries and complaints. Responding to all social media messages via Instagram and Facebook. Handling the communication line between the courier company and the owner. Update the owner on a daily basis on urgent orders/ queries that need to be taken care of Book all showroom appointments in calendar. Handle and assist the owner on a daily basis with day to day duties and responsibilities and any additional tasks required.

Excel - Updating any and all administrative data and this includes: Client information. Product information. Any information that changes on any of our Excel sheets. Updating all information on our online data capturing system.
