Main purpose of this position: To provide supervision to the fuel service site staff and ensure service to the large customer compliment at a busy service station. Assist and Maintain proper control and accountability for all site requirements. Assist to Ensure that the site meets compliance, Oil Companies standards and Legal Requirements. Assist with the day to day running of the site, scheduling of fuel deliveries, and reporting, ensuring all documentation remains of the highest standards.

Manage the site junior staff, security service providers and contractors whilst ensuring maximum productivity and site service delivery. Increase productivity and drive sales at the site.

Interested candidates must have/meet the following minimum qualifications/traits: Minimum qualification of matric. Must be able to keep good records and working relationships with suppliers and distributors. Must have good knowledge of service delivery and fuel protocols in terms of a service station. Must be quick thinking and able to work under pressure. Computer literacy is a necessity. Must have forward planning, organizing, controlling and decision-making skills.

Must have good management experience in terms of staff supervision, IR and disciplinary processes, performance management, scheduling and maintaining of fuel levels, and managing of contractors. Must have experience working with municipalities and government service providers. Must have at least 3-4 years minimum experience in a similar position.

Competencies: Decision making, communication and leadership skills. Ability to interact well with a diversified team. Ability to maintain a professional relationship with staff, contractors, and tenants. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure. Complete understanding of fuel distribution and fuel site staff management.
