Duties and responsibilities: Managing and growing the new car sales department, Selling and meeting monthly sales targets, Vehicle Appraisals; Stock management, Ensuring growth and profit for the department; Training and motivating sales staff; Reporting to head office; Marketing and advertising to increase sales

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience as New Car sales manager. Minimum of 4 years experience in vehicle sales. Experience with vehicle brands like Nissan, Volkswagen, Renault, Isuzu, Opel, etc. Track record of reaching targets and making profits. Good communication, management and people skills. Valid SA driver's license and Clear criminal record. Basic salary plus commission and benefits.
