Butchery Store Manager, Johannesburg South, Johannesburg. Company Name: RecruitRite. My client, a well-respected retail and wholesale meat company is looking for a Branch Manager for their City Deep Store. The person they appoint will oversee the retail side of the operation.

Requirements: Must have retail experience, preferably in cold store and refrigeration, and preferably in a stand alone Butchery. Own transport is a must. Ability to work a 10 hour shift. Clean criminal record. Rotational weekend shifts. Leadership/management skills.

Assertive: Able to work at pace, unattended and “own the branch” ie income statement/profit and loss account. Work under pressure in a tough environment. Salary around R 30k negotiable.
