Location, Mowbray, Southern Suburbs, Job Type Full-Time. We are looking for an energetic and experienced leader to run our Take Away based in Mowbray.

Sales Skills and meeting monthly targets (incentive driven). FOH duties and BOH tasks. Thorough Work Ethic and Good Attitude. Awesome Customer Service Skills. Good Leadership (lead by example). Willing to go the extra mile. Punctual/ Great Personal Hygiene and Upkeep.
Following Company Protocol with detail: Managing Stock and Kitchen Staff- able to control and delegate the team efficiently. Knowledge in Sage/ Basic Budget Recons and Updating on a daily basis. Available 6 days a week. Knowledge in opening and closing duties. Good Time Management. Motivating team. Meeting deadlines with efficiency, ability to multi task and prioritize tasks with accuracy
Able to keep busy in downtimes. Own transport would be a bonus but not necessary. Incentives and Commission applicable.
