The aim of a Retail Security Manager: Planning and implementing. comprehensive security strategies. Controlling the security operations budget, monitoring expenses, and documenting processes. Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel. Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures. The area manager will report to our Operations Manager on a daily basis.

Qualification & Experience: Minimum Grade 12 / Standard 10 or equivalent. Previous Retail Security Management experience. PSIRA registered. At least 2 years’ experience in the security industry.

Job Requirements & Other Attributes: Computer Literate Valid driver’s license (Code 08/EB) / own reliable transport. Clean Disciplinary / Criminal record. Client liaison - store level and retail management. Staff turnover / recruiting. Administration / roster planning. Be willing to work abnormal hours. The successful candidate will be self-driven and show initiative to ensure effective time management.
