We are hiring for Admin Officer to be based in DIP, Dubai.
Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with Group Admin Department for new/renewal of visas, labor cards, contracts, and Emirates ID.
Coordinate with Group Admin Department for various trading and industrial license & membership renewals, police & court cases, road permits.
Arrange new staff accommodations, ensure timely renewal of staff/labor accommodation agreements, building completion certificates, operation fitness certificates.
Manage the processing of Air tickets, Leave pay, and Medical insurance cards.
Handle workers’ concerns, complaints, and grievances.
Job Specifications: Qualifications: Degree in any discipline. Gender: Male (due to the working environment)
3-5 years UAE experience as Admin Officer. Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. The computer is literate with good knowledge of MS office. Must be currently residing in the UAE. Should be able to join immediately.
