Need someone with a love for cooking and experience to make the dishes as per our very strictly regulated recipes, full training provided for our menu and procedures. Must be positive and extroverted to greet guests at a few small sit-down tables. Close to Waterfront. Basic salary and % of turnover as an incentive.
