General Responsibilities will include but are not be limited to; New and Upgrade Contract Sales. Upselling on Upgrades and Newline sales on contracts. Sim swops and customer queries. Fibre and other Vodacom Product Sales. Meet and exceed all sales targets. Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. Identify and respond to client needs. Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly. Reporting to Management regarding targets.

Requirements to apply for the position are as follows; Good communication skills, well-spoken, polite and excellent understanding of English. Understanding and knowledge of being in the Cellular Industry, Up to date with the product information and basic Cellular Packages. 1 year or more of customer & sales experience. Confident and charismatic approach to people. A Team Player, who can work well while under pressure. Working knowledge of Vodacom M2 & C3D system knowledge is preferable and will count in your favour, however further training will be provided in-house. The salary package is to be confirmed in the interview and is private and confidential.
