HMR/Kitchen Manager required – Alberton, Other, Johannesburg. Kitchen /HMR. Manager required We are looking for an experienced person with a love for the preparation of a wide range of high-quality products.

Duties will include Staff management, Quality control, Ordering procedures, Production scheduling. Ability to work with staff and customers. Able to maintain a high level of hygiene and management of hygiene systems. Good working knowledge of culinary equipment. Good knowledge of recipes and financial costings thereof.

HMR Manager Requirements: Proven experience managing working in the industry. Sound knowledge of different cooking techniques. The ability to work under pressure. Outstanding problem-solving skills. Excellent management skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills.

Position available – immediately

Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 18 000.00 depending on experience.
