Location, Somerset West, Helderberg, A cool fun vibes , fashion, skate , surf brand store is seeking for an assistant store manager within Somersetwest mall.

Job Description: To support the Store Manager in ensuring staff are motivated and directed to achieve their targets and performance goals and effectively managed in the absence of the store manager. Assisting in managing all aspects of a store(Fashion Retail). Maximizing turnover, driving customer service & stock control. Leading & developing a team. Innovative visual merchandising to optimize sales. Reducing stock loss effectively. Maintaining health & safety practices.

Requirements: Must have minimum 1 year experience within the same role or a supervisor role managing staff. Previously worked within a fashion retail store. Must have Supervisor / 3rd Keyholder experience. Must have excellent communicating skills. Must have the ability to work Retail hours. Must be professionally presented. South African citizens only. Clear credit and criminal record – as per our client requirements. Candidate should preferably reside in helderburg or surrounding areas or own transport required.
