Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the candidate will be responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls from potential customers, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, and provide general information.

Educational requirements and skillset: Grade 12/Matric or equivalent N qualification. Proficient in relevant computer applications - Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet. 1-3 years of experience in a UK call center, customer-focused business environment. Knowledge of customer service practices and principles. Excellent data entry and typing skills. Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
