Requirements: Real Estate NQF Level 4 Qualification essential. Financial Qualification beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Own transport essential. Must reside in Pretoria. Business acumen and ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients. Sales-hunter and money hungry.

Duties: Sell new development properties to prospective investors. Help property investors build their property portfolios over time. Help property investors achieve financial freedom through strategically investing in the right buy-to-let properties. Work hand-in-hand with bond origination team.
