Sharing market knowledge, new ideas, innovations, etc.

Salary Negotiable – EE Position ONLY.

Min Requirement: Marketing degree in Marketing or equivalent experience. 2+ years experience in marketing in a fragrance house (Food & Chemicals). EE Position only.

Job Requirements: Creation of market reviews, concepts, and gap analysis for our clients. Presentation to clients with impact. Management of the Trainees and Junior Marketers of the African region. Analysis of the local and global product and consumer trends. Administration of the Marketing database and product library. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Manage three Marketers.

Creating of market review for the leaders of the personal care and home care markets in Africa. Monitoring the new product launches and trends of the region. Elaborating concepts and recommendations for our clients.
