Job Description: Project/Contracts Manager.

Overall management of projects (preferably construction; HVAC and Refrigeration). Monthly payment certificates including monthly reports and measurement sheets. Weekly/Monthly project performance reporting. Resource planning. Budget and cash flow forecasting and monitoring. Ensure project programs are followed and targets are met. Overseeing all site activities and site staff. Ensure production targets are met. Monitor, maintain, and assist with on-site quality control and inspections. Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment is maintained.

Requirements: 3+ years experience in the construction/engineering industry. Matric (Gr. 12). Tertiary Education (Courses / Diploma / Degree/etc.) is advantageous with the position being applied for in the subject line.
