Our mortgage origination client is seeking an Operations Sales Manager who has worked in a SAAS business to join their team.  You will be responsible for optimizing the sales process, overseeing the sales pipeline, managing and optimizing their CRM, performance management reporting and analysis, facilitating product sales and CRM training, etc. Salary Very Negotiable plus benefits.

Min Requirements: 4 to 5 years as a Sales Operations Manager (SAAS business referred). Bachelor’s degree Excellent understanding of Sales Operations and the underlying sales processes that drive revenue. Three plus years experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of a CRM and Lead management platform (Salesforce/Hubspot/Suite or similar).
