Supervisor - Ventersdorp, North West. A well known Fast Food Franchise is looking for a Supervisor to join their team. The main purpose of this job is to Provide effective supervision of team members in respect of policies, procedures and standards on product, administration, hygiene, maintenance, customer service, labour utilization and employee relations and relieve ARM/RM when required to do so.

Responsibility: Ensure that the restaurant is effectively and optimum staffed. Paperwork Assist in team meetings. Ensure all KFC Procedures are followed. Adhere to all company and OHS regulations. Encourage, Motivate and influence staff to perform to the best of their abilities. Assist with execution of strategy plans. Achieving company targets Sales focus.
