Main duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant;
Hire staff and oversee staff training;
Establish work schedules and monitor staff performance;
Control inventory and revenues and modify procedures and prices as needed;
Negotiate with suppliers provisions for the supply of food and other products;
Lead and train cooks to develop their skills to integrate modern Mediterranean cuisine to existing menu;
Manage the drying and aging process of all our prime cuts of beef
Years of experience related to the job offer : minimum 6 to 9 years of experience
Qualifications of applicant: -able to work under pressure -extensive knowledge of food industry
Education: diploma as chef and/or business
Type of position: Permanent
Salary: 21$ per hour
Number of hours of work per week: 40 hours
