Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 or relevant qualification. Experience in a similar role. Excellent administrative skills. Articulate and able to communicate on all levels - face to face, telephonically, and in writing. Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Suite). Ability to handle multitasking and time management. Driver’s license and own car.
Key Performance Areas: Requesting information from clients. Following up with clients regarding outstanding information. Preparing various confirmation letters for clients. Liaising with SARS regarding client documentation/ queries.
