Responsibilities: and preparing financial documents and reports such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
and verifying bank deposits and Managing Payroll
and completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team like accounts payable and receivable
Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
and managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments for multiple owners.

and outstanding communication (written and oral), time-management, and organizing skills. Computer skills are necessary, especially bookkeeping and database management. QuickBooks, Excellent skills with Microsoft Office preferred.
Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator, office administrator, office assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
and flexible to work overtime and extra hours.
