Property Manager: This is a problem-solving role where your goal is to keep your clients happy and your properties well maintained. You need to be able to work in a team under high pressure, but also thrive when left on your own to navigate new challenges. You'll work closely with operations, guest experience, and maintenance to make sure all facets of your property are looked after.

The ideal person for this job: Calm under pressure; You run towards the fire, not from it. Excellent verbal and written communication. Crazy Proactive; You can solve the puzzle with missing pieces. Detail Oriented. Solution Focused. You always give a shit about your clients and colleagues.

What you'll do: Slay tasks, solve problems, kick ass. Keep clients happy with regular communication and great service. Look after properties like they are your own. Mobilize various teams to keep properties looking awesome. Critically assess processes and help develop the company. Work hard and be nice to people.
