Kitchen Manager, Muizenberg, Southern Peninsula. Kitchen Manager/Coordinator. Energetic, team player required. Minimum 3 years experience in management and food preparation. The candidate will be required to manage the running of the kitchen and head the kitchen staff. The position will include food planning, production, ordering, and management of stock. Will be directly responsible for food cost and wastage.
Excellent knowledge of safety and hygiene procedures essential, first aid certification is a bonus. The candidate will be required to be hands-on in the kitchen and assist in front of the house if required.
