HR & Reporting Domain Lead

Our client in Longueuil, Quebec, Canada is currently seeking an HR & Reporting Domain Lead to join their team.
Frequent international travels towards their group’s mining installations are required for this position.
Responsibilities:
 Maintenance and enhancement of current AM mining SAP environments (HR, health & safety, environment and reporting).
 Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of current EH&S/HR/BW/BO/BPC templates.
 Accountable for the IS changes put in place in AM Mining SAP EH&S/HR/BW/BO/BPC modules.
 Perform as the SAP domain lead in charge of strategic orientations, continuous innovation and improvement in his domain.
 Is responsible for business requirements specification, blueprinting, customizing, test, go-live & maintenance in his domain.
 It is expected from the candidate to manage his team and budget as well as small to large projects.
Required technical experience and skills:
 Solid experience of ERP platforms and architecture in his domain
 Translate operational requirements in SAP configuration / functional requirements
 Test experience includes: Unit Test, Functional Test, String Test, Integration Test , UAT and Regression test
 Have been involved in two full life-cycle implementation in ERP projects
 Capacity to use the required level of details in different documentation types
 Deep knowledge about HR, health & safety, environment and reporting processes
 Bachelor
 Deep knowledge about EH&S/HR/BW/BO/BPC functionalities (10 years of experience)
 Strong experience in team coordination, preferably in a SAP environment
