Requirements Technical Skills: You need to be an experienced IT Technician with real experience in most of the following. Please specify. Office 365 accounts setup and administration in a cloud & hybrid environment. Permission management in Active Directory and Office 365. Managed Services platform (such as N-Able). Managed WiFi Access Point configuration and management. Advanced troubleshooting.
Soft Skills: User Relationship Management. Third Party Vendor Management.
Personality: You are warm, happy, intelligent, loyal, persistent and adaptable. You are self-organised, enjoy solving problems, helping people and cope well under pressure with a passion for all things digital.
Salary: Basic: R 10,500.00
Performance Commission (Approx.): R 6,500.00
Total: R 17,000.00
