Design, construction, installation and operation management of irrigation , drainage network systems. Conduct pre-tender site visit, prepare the minute of site visit, technical clarifications and preparation of tender documents. Evaluate the submitted offers and prepare the Technical and financial reports. Supervise and monitor the irrigation activities and take the corrective action. Monitor the projects progress as per the submitted program by the contractor to take appropriate action to catch the delay. Evaluate the variation orders, and monthly progress claims. Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints.
